to expand on the quirks i mentioned in the blog below, i thought i would share some of them with you...
- he LOVES to use pine sol. he fills the kitchen sink up with water and pours pine sol in, to freshen up the house.
- when we first met, scott had this pair of basketball shoes. they were from his senior year of high school. they were so small that they made his toes bleed. it took probably 3 years of me asking him to get new basketball shoes, that he finally caved in.
- big red. the boy loves big red. who drinks that stuff anyways?
- road trips. no matter how long the road trip, no matter how many people are in the car, no stops are allowed. you have to try to make it to your destination without any stops.
- he sleeps in his jeans. we all know how tight scott's jeans are (and how good he looks in them). but he sleeps in them! always has, as long as i've known him. he says they are comfortable.
- scott and computers don't really mix. he doesn't really like the internet. haha, when we started dating, i always told him he was "so bad at the computer".
- sarcastic jokes. he is made of them. i didn't really get his humor when we started dating, but now i have conformed to his humor. he likes to hiccup (or sneeze, or cough, etc) and then say "lindsay, did you hear that? i just hiccuped".
- donuts. every saturday morning in college, scott went to the donut store. he gets a chocolate donut, donut holes, and a donut twist.
- which brings me to cinnamon rolls and cinnamon strussel and cinnamon sugar toast. the boy loves cinnamon.
now that i am writing all of these down, i am thinking i really love him. he is so great. i love his quirks :)

Everyday you find out something new... it's quite a treat. Like when James made me practice what I would do if an burgular broke into our home.... I hope you never stop learning new things about your boy.
Scottie and I should start road-tripping together. I hate stopping.
Wow. the fact that scott schardt stopped on the way to the tree house is crazy then! an act of love...
Love you each. Love you all together.
lindsay, that just made my morning. i will have to admit, after living with him - i too have come to love the smell of pine sol...i bought some last time anne and i were at the store and she was like, what the heck is that for...she doesn't even know how good it makes the kitchen smell...she doesn't even know.
after writing this comment, mark remembered about the pine sol he bought while shopping last time, and when i returned from night class last night, i noticed the house smelled different. and what did i find in the kitchen? the sink full of water and pine sol. i don't know about you, but i don't think i really like the way it smells. it just has the scent of cleaner to me. i'd rather use my cinnamon room spray :)
