As I reflect on this year, twenty-ten had many beginnings and several endings.
  1. began and ended an internship at Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance
  2. began and ended three semesters of graduate school, over 25 hours of class
  3. began and ended an internship at Children's Medical Center over 500 hours
  4. ended my near-4 year employment with Child Protective Services
  5. graduated from graduate school of social work (go mavericks - jk!)
  6. studied and passed my licensing test to practice social work
  7. applied for and obtained a social worker job at a clinic starting 2011
  8. surprised by a beginning of a wonderful relationship
  9. ended attending the Village Church and began Highland Park Presbyterian Church
  10. began volunteering and leading a group of 7th graders at church
  11. began living at the Vue with Woods/Zog/Brittain
... and the list goes on! There is MUCH to be thankful for. What a whirlwind these past three years have been. I'm thankful for such a rich community & a time of restoration (December). I hope to continue reflection of what has passed and all there is to come.
