Meet Lil Campbell Tara Katz. She's my second niece. I went to Scottsdale, AZ to visit her and her parents this past weekend. Cara, my sister, holds her 24 hours a day, literally, or cuddling her. I think she is the best and most attentive mother I know. I had to remind her to let me hold her. She's very attentive, wide-eyed and a happy girl. I love her.
