on a more serious note:
i'm thankful for the way jeff loves laurel,
and hope that i am blessed with a man just like him.
i'm thankful for the mother laurel is growing into.
i'm thankful for her wise choices and discernment.
i'm thankful for walking through life with her since we were 3,
and am more excited for all there is to come.
i'm thankful for being in the room with her, and being me, just me.
it feels good to be seen and trusted.
and it feels good to know that she seeks my best interests at ALL times.
i love you - and am thankful, that you are JUST, a car ride away.
