I am so thankful for and proud of my sister. She is starting a Capernaum Young Life club for the Richardson area. Piggybacking on Sean and Tristyn’s club to start her own. She has a beautiful heart for kids and a sweet, genuine disposition towards them.

We had our first club on Sunday and it went really well. 7 kids came and we think they all had a great time! We sang songs, played games, talked about Jesus, played basketball and laughed. Above are some pictures of our fun friends.

love and support from friends. thank you girls. you have made me feel like i am being carried; like i cannot fall because you are behind me.

realizing how perfectly true psalm 18 is this morning :

"i love you Lord, my strength. the Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer, my God is my rock in whom i take refuge, my shield, the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." how amazing that he would not only save me, but hold me up throughout life and give me joy.

also, taking the day off really helped :)
